We use a custom name/location for our settings.xml file, and it would eliminate a step if we could specify this on the rsiconfig command line instead of having to rename and move settings.xml after rsiconfig runs. Something along the lines of:
risconfig -generate [settings.xml|path\mysettings.xml]
