How can I tell if my network card is supported by RMP/INtime?
Is there a list of VEN/DEV codes that the driver recognizes or some documentation to this effect? Is there a way that I can tell (other than “nope, RapidSetup doesn’t work”)?
How can I run RMPNetwork.rta in “verbose/debug” mode for more meaningful output?
INtime’s supported NIC page is down right now. However, I’ll include a list from a cached version below. Note that Realtek NICs are not recommended as different hardware components are used for the same Vend/Dev. They are very much “Try and See” adventures which is why we recommend Intel Nics.

Search “tenasys intime supported nics” and it should be the first result (though their site is down rn). Keep in mind the RMP uses the HPE2 interface and the only drivers to support this are Intel and Realtek.
