As a Swiss army knife tool, I usually rely on RapidSetup to reproduce problems that I intend to report to RSI. If trace data is useful to you for diagnosis, it would be cool if I could enable tracing from within RapidSetup, rather than constructing a MWE C++ app or a Python script to basically mimic my actions in RapidSetup.
- It would be at the object level (e.g. the object/nav view on the left)
- Choose which trace “types”
- Choose an output file.
- Start/Stop
The value to you would really depend on how useful the trace data is to you for diagnosis and troubleshooting.
