I read through the excellent document on settling but I wanted to be clear on what a settling time of zero means. I presume this means that as soon as the servo gets to within the fine tolerance of the motion, the motion is completed?
Correct. It is the first sample after the motion profile is complete and the position and velocity errors are within tolerance.
